Chassis Design, Refurbishment and Modification

At Lloyd Specialist Developments we can do anything from a full custom chassis design and build, to modifying or repairing your current chassis.

Chassis Design – any type of chassis (kit-car, trike, 4x4, etc) can be designed and built to suit your chosen application. Design work will be carried out using the latest CAD technology and we will liase with you along the way to ensure that the chassis entirely meets your needs and expectations.

Chassis Refurbishment / Repair – we have a great deal of experience in chassis refurbishment, particularly for Land-Rovers, Range-Rovers and TVRs - including outrigger replacement. Any corrosion repairs carried out will involve the replacement of all corroded material - we will never patch-over rotten, corroded metal!

Chassis Modification – We have a wide range of fabrication and machining facilities that enable us to carry out chassis modifications to the highest possible standard. Modifications that we can carry out include gearbox mounts, roll-cage fitment, custom strut braces, suspension pick-up point modification and chassis stiffening.
