HID H4 Bi-xenon Dual Beam Conversion Kit

This dual-beam HID H4-fitment system will suit many vehicles with H4 type bulb fitment, including TVR, Land-Rover, Range-Rover and Mini.

This latest technology lighting system is fitted to most luxury cars and many new cars can have them fitted as an expensive option.

Why have a ‘HID-look’ when you can have the real thing?

To summarise:

• 3 times brighter than a standard halogen bulb – increased visibility and safety;
• Lasts up to 10 times longer than standard halogen bulbs and even longer than most up-rated halogen bulbs;
• High quality kit is fully weatherproof.

On the road, this lighting provides a crisp, bright white light that appears much closer to natural daylight than conventional car lights. Note that the colour temperature is set within legal limits. The bright white beam offers much greater visibility and road safety.

Note that many other H4 HID kits are only cheaper single beam systems, which are not road legal. The light output and beam pattern of our HID system is the same level as OEM-fitted HID systems.

The kit is rated at 35W (less power consumption than many car headlights) and the xenon bulbs will last up to 10 times longer than standard halogen bulbs and even longer compared to the new whiter halogen bulbs.

The HID Xenon lighting technology is significantly different to the conventional halogen bulbs that use a heated tungsten filament. Unlike Halogen lamps, HID lamps do not have a filament but create light as a result of an arc between two electrodes. The heat from the arc vaporises the metal halide which produces light as the temperature and pressure increases.

All of the required hardware for installation is included. Combined ballast and starter units are used for better performance and easier installation. Ballasts are protected by solid metal cases which are fully weatherproof.

Ensure that the headlight reflectors are in good condition and the headlights are set correctly using professional beam alignment kit (available at all MOT stations) immediately after installation to prevent dazzling other road users.
